Welcome to this review of the most important video submission tools available on the internet. Sincerely, I tried them all and I think I can take an objective look to reveal the pros and cons of each one.

Traffic Geyser

Traffic Geyser vs Tubemogul

Traffic Geyser is the best known of all, especially because it is heavily promoted by internet marketers all over the place.

Here are some of the pros:

- submits videos to more than 30 video sharing websites and also to podcast sites
- can submit articles to about 40 well-known article directories
- a slideshow creator which can help you make a video in minutes
- a lead page generator, very helpful to your marketing campaigns
- great video tutorials and even some very valuable marketing training lessons
- affiliate programs, you get paid 33% commission each month from every affiliate
- option to delay the submission on several days to look more natural to the search engines

Now the cons:

- $97 a month (way too much for what a video submission service does, if you asked me)
- does not include some very important websites like Metacafe and Break.com

I used Traffic Geyser for about 3 months but I started to see too many failed submissions, plus I realised that there are other cheaper alternatives which are just as good.

Tubemogul

Tubemogul vs Traffic Geyser

Tubemogul is a free service (which is great) and can submit your video to about 25 video sharing websites. There’s not much to say about it… it does exactly what it’s supposed to BUT if you are an internet marketer and you submit marketing related videos, there is a very high likelihood they will close your account for overly promotional content.

I heard many people complaining about it and it also happened to me. You can always register with a new account but overall I don’t think this is the best solution out there.

Content Buzz

Content Buzz

This was a big surprise for me. I knew little about it and when I first heard about Content Buzz, the price was $67 a month. Also, not too many reviews so I didn’t know what to think. I decided to stay away from it.

About a month ago, looking for the best way to submit my videos, I went into Content Buzz again. To my surprise, this service is a great alternative to those above and it does some cool things that Traffic Geyser and Tubemogul don’t.

PROS:

- submits to about 25 video sharing websites (including all the major ones) and also to feeder blogs and micro-blogs
- it is based on an online application that allows other people from the network to automatically bookmark your content, helping you to rank your videos and even your blog posts or any other URL better
- adds the submissions to other’s RSS aggregator accounts, giving you two backlinks for the price of one
- automatically builds bookmarking campaigns to your youtube videos so they get higher rankings
- submissions delayed over a few days to look more natural
- $29.97 per month, I consider this a pro, it is a great price for what the service does
- 33% monthly affiliate commissions

CONS:

- being an online application, you have to keep your computer open most of the time so it can access your account, bookmark other’s content and get bookmarks from them

Conclusion

Traffic Geyser is great if you can afford it, but I think it is completely overpriced and most people praise it just to make some extra affiliate money or because they do video marketing and there aren’t so many professional services available that can do what TG does.

Tubemogul is great because it’s free but is very limited in what it does and you should use it especially if you do entertainment videos and stuff that is unrelated to internet and network marketing.

In my opinion, Content Buzz is the best solution, with a decent price and the awesome link building option which no other similar tool provides.
